4. Conditions for Approval
4.1. Returned products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging along with any accessories, labels, or freebies received.
4.2. Ray Wellness reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet these criteria.
5. Refunds and Replacements
5.1. If the return is approved:
- You may choose between a replacement product or a refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
5.2. Replacement products will be dispatched within 5-7 business days of approval, subject to availability.
6. Shipping Costs
6.1. If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ray Wellness will cover the return shipping costs.
6.2. In any other case, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

- Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.

5. International Shipping
5.1. Currently, Ray Wellness ships only within India. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
6. Delivery Issues

6.2. Claims for damaged or missing products must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
7. Incorrect Address

9. Non-Delivery Areas
9.1. While we aim to cover most locations in India, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. If we cannot deliver to your address, our team will notify you and process a full refund for the order.
